Our current Fee Schedule for Osteopathic treatments is as follows:
EFTPOS or cash payable upon completion of session on the day.
Private Health Insurance
HICAPS is available for on the spot processing of rebates.
(Please check with your private health insurance agency to confirm that you are covered for Osteopathy under your benefits.)
Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly Enhanced Primary Care Plan / EPC Plan)
You will have to pay the full consult fee upfront. Please bring your medicare card, and a savings or cheque account card so we can refund the medicare rebate into your account.
Please bring your claim number and accident details. You do not need a GP referral, but please advise your GP that you are seeing us.
For Motor Vehicle accident claims, please obtain a referral from your GP and bring your case claim number and date of accident.
Your treatment is fully covered, but you must have an initial referral form from your GP.
With the exception of DVA all other clients are required to pay the full consultation fee on the day of service. EPC, WC, and ICWA clients receive a receipt and can then claim their refund afterwards.
24 hours notice of inability to attend your scheduled appointment is appreciated, so that the appointment can be offered to someone who needs it. Otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
